Sound familiar?

  • Your week overflows; there’s no buffer.
  • You say yes fast, then scramble and stay late.
  • At home you crash or snap — then feel bad.
  • Weekends don’t restore; Monday starts behind.
  • Head, neck, or jaw tension is a constant background.
  • You don’t have to be sure this “counts” as stress — if your week feels unsustainable, we can sort it out together.

I’ve worked with this pattern for decades. We’ll go at a steady pace so change actually holds.

What we’ll do:

quick help now + lasting change

Steady first.

  • checkmark Protect one evening and one recovery window this week so energy can refill.

Map the pattern.

  • checkmark Find the drivers of your stress — triggers, thoughts, habits, body cues, environments, and older rules (please, prove, never‑enough) — and pick the smallest lever to move first.

Make It Stick.

  • checkmark Small weekly reps, with a short follow‑up email so the plan is easy to keep.
  • checkmark Week steadier within a few sessions — fewer spillovers, one clear buffer, one boundary that finally holds.
  • checkmarkWe’re not redesigning your whole life at once — we start with this week.

When stress eases

Wave icon
  • Work stops spilling home — you leave more of it at the door.
  • Evenings restore again — sleep and mornings start kinder.
  • Fewer last‑minute scrambles — more choosing on purpose.
  • Relationships soften — repairs happen sooner.
  • Many people tell me their week finally feels breathable again — work still matters, but it doesn’t run everything.

Common QuestionsQuestion icon

Most of the people I work with look steady on the outside, but feel overloaded inside.
How fast will I feel better?
Many people feel a clearer week within 1–3 sessions when we add one buffer and one boundary.
How often will we meet?
Often weekly for 3–6 sessions, then taper as the week steadies.
What if my job won’t allow boundaries?
We’ll pick the smallest lever you control (a 10‑minute buffer; a simple decline template) and practise until it holds.
Is this just time management?
No. We steady this week now, and we also work underneath — older rules (please, prove, never‑enough) — so change holds. If you want, we can also look at where those rules started so you’re not fighting them alone.
