Map the pattern.
We’ll name the drivers — workload, role demands, people-pleasing, perfection, money pressures, and older rules about worth or safety (“always be on,” “don’t drop the ball”) — and pick the smallest lever to move first.
Make It Stick.
Small weekly experiments (buffer, shutdown ritual, or boundary), with a short follow-up email so the plan is easy to keep.
Within 1–3 sessions, many professionals feel their week a little more bounded — fewer late-night logins and a clearer off-switch at least once or twice.
We’re not rebuilding your whole career at once — we start with this week.
