Sound familiar?
- Evenings don’t restore; mornings start behind and heavy.
- Work keeps spilling home; your off-switch isn’t working.
- You’re efficient, but your patience wears thin quickly.
- Weekends refill a little, then the drain opens Monday.
- You wonder if this is burnout — or just you.
- You don’t have to be sure this “counts” as burnout — if you feel permanently on empty, we can sort it out together.

I’ve worked with this pattern for decades. We’ll go at a steady pace so change actually holds.
What we’ll do:
quick help now + lasting change
A no-cost fit check. Next steps if it feels right.

Steady first.
Protect one evening and one recovery window this week so energy can refill.
Map the pattern.
Name the drivers of your burnout — overload loops, people-pleasing, perfection, role demands, and older “never-enough” rules — and pick the smallest lever to move first.
Make It Stick.
Small weekly reps (shutdown ritual, buffer, or boundary), with a short follow-up email so the plan is easy to keep.
Within 1–3 sessions, many people feel evenings a little more protected and notice the first signs of energy returning.
We’re not rebuilding your whole life at once — we start with this week.
When burnout starts to lift
- Evenings restore — sleep and mornings start kinder.
- Work stops spilling home — you leave more of it at the door.
- You say “yes” slower — boundaries hold without constant effort.
- Energy returns — steady, not spiky; weekends actually refill.
- Conversations are shorter and softer — repairs happen sooner.
- Many people tell me evenings finally feel off-duty again — work still matters, but it doesn’t run every night.
Common Questions
We go at a steady pace — you don’t have to tell your whole story at once.
Will talking about burnout put my career at risk?
No. This is private, online counselling — not a report to your employer, regulator, or EAP. We’ll focus on what helps your week run steadier (sleep, shutdown, boundaries, pressure), at a pace that feels safe.
Do I need a diagnosis or EAP referral?
No. You can book directly. Some people use benefits, some don’t — either way, you don’t need a diagnosis to get support. If you’re using extended health, many plans reimburse RSW sessions.
What if my schedule is unpredictable?
That’s common. We can work with shifting weeks and real-world constraints. If you can’t “fix” the workload right now, we’ll build an off-switch that still holds — even in a heavy season.
Will we just talk about work?
We’ll talk about work and what work is doing to you. Often the real issue is the pattern underneath — old “always be on / don’t drop the ball” rules, perfection, pressure, people-pleasing, sleep disruption. We’ll steady the week first, then work the pattern so it sticks.
Can I keep my camera off?
Yes. Many people start that way. You can turn it on later, or keep it off — we’ll still do solid work.
